Working together with Justin to purchase a home in Savannah was such a joy. With his vast knowledge of all the areas in Savannah and available homes, combined with his unique skill of identifying what all family members want and need, he was able to to find us several choices to consider thus leading us to the perfect home. Justin Hart was incredible as my selling agent. We had a beautiful home to sell and he was honest and upfront on what needed to be done to sell the property. Most real estate agents are not forthcoming with honest information but Justin had us make some minor changes (paint), pressure wash and removing furniture where needed. Justin gave us a realistic and honest starting price point and it us under contract within a day of listing. He was always professional, communication was stellar and extremely attentive to detail.
